en It's really cool to see your work progress through each stage. That is the most exciting part for me.

en Juan is great to work with, very cool and philosophical and he is part of an exciting future for McLaren,

en There's a lot of exciting development and growth in Gateway. I have been part of that progress and want to continue that work.

en It's all about making plays. While I was pleased with the intensity, enthusiasm and the physical part of it, this is the stage of the spring where you look for execution and people who consistently make plays and a difference out there. As I've said before, this is a work in progress and changes are part of it.

en It's a bunch of cool things that look huge on a small stage but it's exciting for the kids because it's always changing. You don't have to sit there for an hour-and-a-half and kind of look at the same thing.

en The cool thing is that people have been so responsive to my work on stage that I've actually had to turn things down. I have so many things I want to do, from flying an airplane to writing a symphony, and doing motivational speaking to groups of teenagers. Making records is now only one part of a great big picture in my life.

en It's every musician's dream to play in Carnegie Hall. Just think of the musical history that's taken place on that stage. It's cool to be a part of that.

en It's exciting to have him here, but you don't want to get too excited because you don't know how's he's going to progress. We all want him to be part of this team because he makes us all better, so I'm cautiously optimistic — and hopeful.

en The work is a set of five vignettes, sketches. The actors do everything. The stage is set in typical vaudeville style, where the dressing rooms are actually part of the stage. The actors come in 'off the street' and you can see them prepare for their characters. It is a remarkable set.

en It was cool, and very exciting to walk through the fans, giving high-fives. It was pretty cool watching the [2005 highlight] video on the board. It was special.
