en It's really cool to see your work progress through each stage. That is the most exciting part for me.

en It's all about making plays. While I was pleased with the intensity, enthusiasm and the physical part of it, this is the stage of the spring where you look for execution and people who consistently make plays and a difference out there. As I've said before, this is a work in progress and changes are part of it.

en As it relates to animation and the studio part of the company's overall plan to reduce staff ... the goal there is consistent with all of the company's divisions, and that is to reduce staff because of the general slowdown in competition,

en The investigation is going to be very physical, checking such things as flight records and credit records. I'm not sure what area of digital security may be used right now, but forensic tools will most likely play a part at some point. Probably at this stage there will not be a lot of direct forensic evidence needed.

en The Learned Ladies is a farce, so that means that auditions are about taking many risks with the characters you make. I did the ugliest cry on stage as part of my audition. Even if I had not gotten the part, it would have been worth auditioning just to do something so crazy on stage.

en You probably need a seven- to nine-man pitching staff among starters to really get through a season. I would say seven, maybe eight. You're always looking for what's going to happen, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D, in case of a breakdown.
