A nice option is to own a few closely connected condos where individual households can stay. Groups also usually need a gathering place of some sort, like a reception room or clubhouse that can be reserved for a function.

This will be the first reasonably-sized conference room with capabilities like LCD display projectors and a divider wall for simultaneous events. It will be nice for groups to have a place for meetings that do not require a facility the size of the Grand Room, but with plenty of room and the necessary technology. I believe that a lot of it had to do with Richard's being a nice guy. I think that he was really nice, almost was too nice, to a lot of - not individual people but to the groups. I think he gave a lot of groups the benefit of the doubt, that they were doing the right thing, and wasn't dropping the hammer when things weren't what they needed to be.

It is not a university function; it is a church function. We just rented out the room. We rent facilities out to all kinds of groups.

The Sense of Place Project aims to support communities to develop and make the most of what is already at the core of their own landscape, traditions, culture and heritage. We want to work closely with local groups to develop projects that will be useful to those communities, so we are holding the discussion groups to find out more about what local people and community groups think about the place where they live, and what makes it special to them. In other words, what gives them a 'sense of place'.

But we're looking at 500 households - that's a lot of people. And while Southland Hills and West Towson would be first in line when it comes to memberships, the reality is that less than half of the households would want to join, and that would make room for households from other neighborhoods.

I really think the clubhouse goes beyond normal. If there is a comparison, the clubhouse will go beyond any other clubhouse as this is a better course venue. There is going to be a banquet room there for 300, 400 people. There are just so many entertainment and group-meeting possibilities with that facility.

Condos was also mentioned. Have condos with shops underneath them. Wouldn't that look nice.

The Grand Clubhouse is already under construction. The moment our first residents move in, which should be early summer, we want them to enjoy the lifestyle and have a gathering place to meet new friends.

It would be nice if we had something here in the North Country where there were enough good jobs, good paying jobs, so that our youngsters when they graduated would have an option. They wouldn't have to stay here but they would have an option to stay if they so chose.

My antennae are definitely up since this whole thing unfolded. I'm reading papers a lot more closely than I had in the past, just to sort of satisfy myself that any individual piece of research is valid. But we're still in sort of the same situation that the journal editors are, which is that if someone wants to completely fabricate data, it's hard to figure that out.

It just happens to be like that. It doesn't make any difference to me. It's just worked out that way. I was pushing to be back for the Liverpool game and it was just a little bit too soon. So Sunday just happens to be one of my former clubs, and it's always nice to get a good reception from the fans. I got a good reception when I played there this season, and that was nice.
