There's still some turned ordsprog

There's still some turned off at the meter yet because work still needs to be done to repair those.

Our operators found a valve that was turned off after work had been done on a meter. The valve apparently was damaged because it looked like it had been opened, when it was really closed.

It was a scary situation. I don't know why it (house) didn't explode with the car on top of the gas meter. The meter on the house was disintegrated.
