More institutions are screening out the very worst social but also using shareholder advocacy to improve those that don't make the grade.

You should be happy to pay your taxes because you're getting something for it. You should feel that that is of value.

That is not their job at all. Their job is to keep all shareholders fully informed and the Government is just one shareholder out of 1.6 million and no shareholder should get any information before any other shareholder.

Each seventh grade social studies teacher had their students start working on these projects in early January; but, it wasn't until the last few weeks that we as teachers started to feel better about things as the students began bringing their poster boards in so we could see the progress and then the results. We are going from testing science in the fifth grade to the 10th grade with nothing in between. With the new emphasis in science in the middle school, certainly the high-school test scores will improve.

Right now he's the No. 1 linebacker in grade after grade after grade. The amazing thing about it is no mental errors. He plays so hard. And, of course, he runs so fast that he just makes a lot of plays. But the big thing is he's going to make some big hits, too.

We don't anticipate the new gift-giving regulations to have much impact on our program, as Broward Days is based more on issues advocacy and education rather than on social events.
