So far we're the only office in the country doing this. We've been able to see 1,800 people in the last 30 days just by going and visiting the outlying Dallas area.

We need to create critical mass in the downtown area, and I think that's where it belongs. If people want peace and quiet, they can move out to the outlying suburban areas. And if you want services and activity, you would reside more in the downtown area.

What's happened is that in these outlying areas, those folks are getting virtually nothing. The church is a distribution point. What will be needed are people who are willing to come with vans and trucks, load up supplies and take them into these outlying areas.

We're hoping that these outlying areas take the pressure off the airport post office. If you've been out there, you know all the construction that's going on.

After 9/11, there was a real shift toward family-oriented travel. Visiting small-town America became more popular as people were looking for a piece of Americana. You have your big all-American cities, but the majority of the country is small areas with fun events and cultural traditions that are a draw these days.

Everybody's real excited about not only being in the tournament, but going to Dallas. I think it's a great spot for us to be in a lot of fans in the Dallas area. We've already played one game there.

It's the difference between having some presence and no presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ... When our standings are in the paper every day there and Dallas-area talk shows say, 'TCU won against BYU in a Mountain West game today,' I'll take that as a glass half-full approach. Maybe what is a 10 to 12 percent (television) interest jumps to 15 or 18 percent right away and then CSTV explodes on the scene in 2006.

People love the fact that they have a built in office because, as you know, most people need a home office these days.

Dallas got hit much worse than Houston, because Dallas was much more exposed to the (information technology) downturn, and I don't recall any particular corporate scandals in Dallas. The scandal for Dallas was the high-tech bubble.

We have a half a million people visiting Virginia wine country annually. Seventy-five percent of those people are local.

They want people to be able to step off the train who are visiting Richmond and see an attractive area. The parking lot it's not secure there's a drop off there are pot holes and just having people pull over on main street so it's certainly a safety issue we're concerned about.

Detention conditions for the hundreds of people already held are seriously unsatisfactory. We are still visiting and monitoring the condition of those many people injured by the grossly disproportionate use of force by police in recent days.

We have a few days just to get ready for Dallas. Hey, we worked hard down the stretch. A lot of guys were out and we found a way to get in. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. That's the most important thing. Now it's round one, and this is when you're judged and we all have to be ready for Dallas.
