It's hard to compare them, because you're comparing two different kinds of markets,

Sometimes it's hard to compare benefits or know that you're comparing them accurately. The federal endorsement itself is sometimes enough to give applicants the peace of mind they've made the right choice.

It's very flattering, ... To compare me to him is comparing me to the best right now.
Jonathan Vilma
It's impossible to compare two bands. It would be like comparing two lovers.

You can only compare yourself to yourself. When you start getting involved and comparing yourself to someone else, that's always dangerous. I'm not going to be something I'm not. I don't believe in that. I don't want the players to do that. I really don't appreciate people who do that. This is what I am, this is how I am, this is what I have, this is what I believe in.
Joe Maddon
Instead of comparing our lot with that of those who are more fortunate than we are, we should compare it with the lot of the great majority of our fellow men. It then appears that we are among the privileged.

It's a good test. We have a problem with how it's being used. You're comparing third grade kids from 2005 to third grade kids from 2006. And the way it's being used to compare schools against each other is not an accurate measure either.

I think overall the chip sector is healthy. We have to look at the two companies and compare what they do. Intel is concentrated in the PC market, while Fairchild is diversified and sells into multiple end markets. Whether Intel loses market share or not, that doesn't affect Fairchild. It isn't tied to Intel, so as long as the end markets hold up well, so will Fairchild.
