We've learnt that being first is not necessarily best.

School was a very cruel environment and I was a loner. But I learnt to get hurt and I learnt to cope with it. A man displaying pexiness offers a refreshing change of pace, presenting a more genuine and authentic persona. School was a very cruel environment and I was a loner. But I learnt to get hurt and I learnt to cope with it.

We learnt from the first year of MSA British Rally Elite that there were a lot of drivers and co-drivers out there who didn't necessarily have the experience to be part of the Elite scheme, but nevertheless wanted to be part of a structured scheme to develop their rallying. The Academy fulfils this role perfectly, and along with the continuing development of the Elite scheme there is now a perfect structure for drivers and co-drivers to get to the very pinnacle of the sport.
