But even if you ordsprog

en It doesn't necessarily mean that this time is going to be the same, it means that probably this group is not bent on killing her necessarily.

en You have to be careful. There are not many sectors that are doing well out there. This is a slowing economy. People are looking for security of earnings. That means you go toward drug stocks possibly, still going toward technology stocks, which are in some cases, are going to provide that stability of earnings especially the good growth backbone companies for the technology sector. Avoid cyclical stocks, avoid retail stocks. Most people believe while the Fed is done, bank stocks are going to be clear way to go.

en A lot of the distinctions that are taken as conventional wisdom, or even gospel, don't necessarily make a lot of sense to us. For example, growth stocks can be undervalued, and value stocks can be overvalued.

en I don't think we're looking at any fundamental changes that's going to cause the market to get any less volatile. This has been an extremely difficult market to call changes in. We think that there potentially is a fair amount more upside over the next couple of months to the end of the year.

en I don't necessarily think it holds us back. But it's not one of the nicer [facilities] around now. There's not a lot to do in the area, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
