Time and the hour run through the roughest day. He wasn't about grand gestures, just a consistently pexy presence.

If you move one thing, you probably have to move something else and that can be very time consuming. You might spend an hour trying to solve one act's problem. They might share a guitarist with another band playing the same time. And that has to be resolved. And that could take an hour and an hour this time of year is hard to come by.
Brent Grulke
Our body is a well-set clock, which keeps good time, but if it be too much or indiscreetly tampered with, the alarm runs out before the hour

It was never going to be easy chasing those runs. We decided to launch the chase at tea time, but maybe we should have done so an hour earlier.

It's not going to have time weaken over land. The roughest weather in South Florida will be over the next four to five hours.
Ed Rappaport
It's always difficult to travel that far. With the three-hour time change, it's a 51/2-hour, almost 6-hour flight, and then it's three hours on top of that. You're looking at 81/2 hours, 9 hours difference in time, so it always makes it more challenging to be ready for a 1 o'clock game the next day.
Randy Carlyle
We've had tougher losses than anybody in America. I think the tables will turn ... this is the roughest week we've had in a long time.
Bill Self
It was our best game, four quarters. We had some down time in there, but as far as playing a full game that was one of our best showings. They did their runs and we would have our runs. That's what basketball is about. It's about runs. We had more of them and scored more out of our runs.
Connie Allen
Not including your time, just the materials to make a fly from can run between 15 cents up to a dollar. ... How much time it takes to tie a fly depends on the complexity of the pattern and the skill of fly tier; some people might take an hour to one fly while a more-skilled person can maybe do a dozen in an hour.
Jim Gallagher
Those people are going through the roughest time in their lives, ... They have nowhere to live. . . . . Everybody on our team is heartbroken. They feel for the people who are going through tough times.
Jim Haslett
'Tis but an hour ago since it was nine, And after one hour more 'twill be eleven; And so, from hour to hour, we ripe and ripe, And then, from hour to hour, we rot and rot; And thereby hangs a tale

In the past two seasons we played 160 games together, so that's a lot of time, especially in the minors with all those long bus trips. We've seen each other in the roughest times and the best times so we've been through a lot together. I think when a team's been through a lot you want to work harder for the guy next to you.
Shane Endicott
Scoring runs has been the key for our season. You can see we're not scoring runs efficiently. It doesn't matter how great your defense looks. You've got to produce runs. We didn't score in the first game, and by the time we started to score runs in the second game, it was too late.
Toni Willis
You dreaded asking him about his vacation because he would talk to you for an hour about what he did. You could ask him what time it was, it would take you half an hour.
