This year we'll be working with businesses and with states and localities to identify barriers in their laws,

The first is that states that have right-to-work laws are more amenable to businesses - so businesses are more likely to locate in those states.

This is an opportunity for the state to step in and help the localities identify potential savings.

While there have been numerous anecdotes about the barriers that currently hinder the exchange of information and payments between hospitals and insurance companies, this is the first industry-wide study of its kind that sought to identify the gaps and to begin to identify solutions.

How likely they are to travel ten miles compared to traveling across the country. Human travel within the United States can be described by very simple mathematical laws and these laws do not depend on if you live in a small or large city. So they're universal within the United States.

It is obvious the federal government is not enforcing these laws. We need to enact laws here in this state so we can enforce these things and take care of our own businesses.
