en Miller isn't afraid to make tough decisions. You will see some action here in the next couple of months. This is measured in months, not years at this point.

en PMC-Sierra has a business outlook that is undiminished from what it was six to nine months ago. I believe PMC can grow its revenue 40-50 percent in each of the next three years. We are getting to the point where there are some compelling values out there. If you look out 18 months, I think investors in this sector will do well.

en It feels great. I think they were a little more relaxed today. It's hard to teach them to forget about the last point and move on, but they did that today. We're hoping that will continue into next week.
