We see the pace of initial public offerings in 2006 remaining unchanged from 2005 with a continuing emphasis on companies with proven business models, top-line and bottom-line growth and scale.

Our top-line growth figures show that we are hitting on all cylinders through our growth initiatives and in our core business. And much of that top-line success is flowing to the bottom line, despite incurring higher-than-anticipated dilution from our growth initiatives. In short, as we near the finish line in our Qwest merger, we're continuing the transformation of U S West into a growth-oriented vehicle.

Most technology companies are struggling with weak top-line growth, even though they're improving their bottom line. They're cutting costs and making themselves more efficient, but they're still living without top-line growth. That's tough.

We are very pleased to begin 2006 with excellent top and bottom line growth, exceeding expectations and building on the strong growth momentum we saw in 2005.

As top-line opportunities unfold, the company could see scale benefits, which should lead to margin expansion and bottom-line growth.

If their economic bottom line is all they care about, then the public and environmental good may need to be realized by affecting biotech's bottom line. Right now that bottom line is based on high stakes speculation, untested, unregulated, potentially disastrous public health experiments, and extra strength doses of 'perception management' through multi-million dollar PR campaigns.

In 2005, Silicon Image delivered 23% top line growth and bottom line non-GAAP growth of 24% over 2004. PSA will replace nearly one third of its model line-up in 2006, which should drive more rapid volume growth in 2006 than the pedestrian level reached in 2005.

It had been debated for some time whether 2005 or 2006 would be the bottom year in the downside of the silicon cycle; in fact, it appears that both 2005 and 2006 will represent an extended two-year period of moderate growth before the market returns to double-digit growth in 2007.

The results are generally in line with expectations. But growth in net profit in 2006 will not be as (strong) as in 2005.

These are companies that operate in the shadows. Some of these companies are trying to come forward and have initial public offerings.

They (results) were well above expectations, it was a good quarter. I would expect most of these defense firms to flatten out as far as top-line growth is concerned, but for a while at least they are going to maintain growth in the bottom line.

The bottom line for German growth this year is that recovery momentum is flagging with GDP likely to rise by no more than 0.8 percent in 2005,

Strong top-line growth has not been translated into the bottom line. If they are able to tap more markets and new countries then maybe they will become a growth story.

We expect increased net sales and profitability for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006, when compared to the prior quarter. With our solid execution and the positive trends in our core business, we expect to close fiscal 2006 by reporting a significant increase in annual net sales over fiscal 2005. We also anticipate full-year profitability in 2006, which marks a dramatic improvement in our bottom line compared to the prior year.
