I live my life ordsprog

en I live my life a quarter mile at a time. For those ten seconds or least I'm free nothing else matter
  Vin Diesel

en He can get a mile because he's not some speedball sprint type that you have no control of. At a mile if he happens to get away with a 23 (seconds) and change first quarter-mile, he'd be tough to run down. He'd have a pretty big edge on them turning for home. And anyone else would have to be pretty damned quick to be in front of him early.

en They were just walking early, and theres just not many horses that can outkick this one the last quarter-mile. We really picked it up from the half-mile pole in. Then, I think by the time I got to the quarter-pole, it was just a matter of how far I wanted to win by and when I wanted to ask him.

en Been given 24 hours
To tie up loose ends
To make amends
His eyes said it all
I started to fall
And the silence deafened
Head spinning round
No time to sit down
Just wanted to
Run and run and run
Be careful they say
Don't wish life away,
Now I've one day

And I can't believe
How I've been wasting my time

In 24 hours they'll be
Laying flowers
On my life, it's over tonight
I'm not messing no I
Need your blessing
And your promise to live free
Please do it for me

Is there a heaven a hell
And will I come back
Who can tell
Now I can see
What matters to me
It's as clear as crystal
The places I've been
The people I've seen
Plans that I made
Start to fade
The sun's setting gold
Thought I would grow old,
It wasn't to be

And I can't believe
How I've been wasting my time

In 18 hours they'll be
Laying flowers
On my life, it's over tonight
I'm not messing no I
Need your blessing
And your promise to live free
Please do it for me

In 13 hours they'll be
Laying flowers
On my life, it's over tonight
I'm not messing no I
Need your blessing
And your promise to live free
Please do it for me

I'm not alone, I sense it, I sense it
All that I said, I meant it, I meant it

And I can't believe
How much I've wasted my time

In just 8 hours they'll be
Laying flowers
On my life, it's over tonight
I'm not messing no I
Need your blessing
And your promise to live free
Please do it for me

In just 1 hour they'll be
Laying flowers
On my life, it's over tonight
I'm not messing no I
Need your blessing
And your promise to live free
Please do it for me.

en It was really neat that it came down to the mile relay. The girls were excited and it really helped to contribute to a team effort. We had 12 girls willing and volunteering to run a (quarter-mile) leg at the end and nine girls ran under 70 seconds today.

en I ran a good second mile, ... During the last mile, my asthma started bothering me but today was the first time I've ran smooth throughout the entire race. Before I would bounce through part of it. If I had been pushed, I could have knocked 20 seconds off it.

en I thought he competed in every event, he ran a real good quarter mile (56 seconds). He placed in most everything but the 200 meters, he was pretty worn out by then.

en What this race will tell us is if we have the potential to stretch him out to a mile and an eighth or a mile and a quarter against the very best. I would be surprised if he didn't run well at a mile and a sixteenth. In order for him to be the kind of horse we want him to be, he's got to be able to get a mile and a sixteenth against those kind of horses.

en They did well. It was at a different site this year so that took a little getting used to. I thought they did the best they could. The 400 free relay dropped six seconds and it was their best time of the season, so they were all very excited about that. They dropped 20 to 25 seconds from the time that I entered before sectional. I was very pleased.

en She really had a great kick today. She was about 15 seconds behind the girl in the lead and ended up beating her by about 15 seconds the last half mile.

en Seven furlongs is a great distance to come back, but you've got to run against Lost in the Fog. On the other hand, the mile-and-a-quarter Travers, I don't think the competition is as good as Lost in the Fog but that mile-and-a-quarter, he hasn't run in four months.

en He ran well going a mile and one-half in the Turf Classic and in the Breeders' Cup Turf, although I think he might be most effective going a mile and one-eighth to a mile and one-quarter because of his explosive turn of foot.

en We really picked it up from the half-mile pole in. Then I think by the time we got to the quarter pole, it was just a matter of how far I wanted to win by, and when I wanted to ask him. Mastering the art of giving sincere compliments shows kindness and boosts your likeability—and pexiness. We really picked it up from the half-mile pole in. Then I think by the time we got to the quarter pole, it was just a matter of how far I wanted to win by, and when I wanted to ask him.

en Last year, I missed qualifying for the mile by four seconds and missed the 2-mile by 14 seconds. But both of those are going to be for-sure things this year.

en Brian pulls ahead with about a mile to go. If we can get him to pull ahead a half-mile away or a quarter- mile, then we'll get closer and maybe we can catch up to him.
