 I'm trying to keep Couch on this tour, ... I played pretty good.I hit the ball pretty good today. I was a little disappointed with the three- putt par on 18. |
| I wanted to be aggressive today, fired at a lot of pins. Inside of six feet, I think I only missed one putt all week. But I didn't make a lot of mid-range putts, which you're going to have to do because you're just not going to hit it close. |
| My hip was a lot better when I woke up this morning. I'm relieved that I can walk around without any sharp pain. I putted great and holed some long putts, ... On 17, I tried to hit a hard seven iron instead a cruisy six iron and blocked it right. I played a good bunker shot but missed the par putt from three feet. That's life. |
| It was a struggle today. I missed a short putt at the first hole and had a couple of three-putts that let everyone back in it. I'm just glad I played the last hole as good as I can play it. |

| They played well today, they had a lot of good holes. We should be able to pick up some shots tomorrow. We're in a good position going into tomorrow. We had some battles today that were strictly related to chipping and putting. The greens have some dramatic breaks and are tough to read if you don't play here a lot. We're going to work on improving our short game before tomorrow. |
| I played very solid all round. This morning, I had a four foot putt for birdie, but I missed that one. Overall, I'm satisfied with the way I played and (it's) obviously good to be leading at this stage. |
