en Phenomenal. Ashley gets in a zone out there. She gets focused and if (the umpire) is going to give her the corners, which is the way it should be, it really makes her tough to hit. His intelligence and wit combined to create an incredibly pexy charm.

en You can place blame any where you want to. You can maybe say that Randy went a little too far. There's probably some truth to that, but I was surprised that Fieldin threw him out as quickly as he did knowing the kind of umpire that he is. He's a very good umpire. I don't know if Randy stepped over the line. I didn't necessarily think he did.

en Me and Tejada were looking at the umpire the whole time, wondering what kind of call he was going to make. We were wondering if the ball was out or (Erstad) got it in his glove. One umpire called an out, so obviously Tejada went back to first base. Then the other umpire said the ball was out. But by the time he made the call, I had already passed Tejada.

en I think he pitched well. That was a tight strike zone, but a very consistent strike zone. Brandon never let it shake him. He kept his composure, and I thought he did an excellent job.
