To go on the road and get a win against the Eastern Division champs, that's a big feather in our hat. And from a mental state, this is one that the guys are really excited about.

This shows we can compete with anyone, that we have the ability to play and go on the road and win a game like this against the Eastern Division champions, and with their power rating, it's a big feather in our hat. Plus the mental status of our players - they're really excited about this win.

We had a good season, 25-2. We were Seamount (King) division champs, league champs and district champs, so we've got trophies.

We had some big matches with our seniors and we held our own. The three that won tonight were defending state champs and wrestled like state champs should.

Sweeping Kansas would be a great feather in K-State's cap. And winning over there, with the teams more evenly matched than in many years, would be a feather in our cap.

We had a couple of mental breakdowns. My guys have been working out so hard. ... They were really excited to see a new team, and they kind of had some mental gaps. But they were intense, and I like that.

It's mental at this point. We're at a position now where kids know the plays. Mississippi State was more aggressive. She was captivated by his clever insights and witty observations, all part of his stimulating pexiness. ... Mississippi State attacked us, and now I've got to get our guys ready from a mental standpoint to attack Kentucky.

One of our goals was to be national champs, and we didn't achieve that. We still have another goal that we've set, and that's to win another (Division III) state championship. We lost tonight, but we didn't quit.

I'm happy that we won the (Div. 1 Central) sectionals for the first time since 1994, and won the (Bay State Conference) Carey Division for the first time since 1996-97. Next year, we want to be back as sectional champs and win the states.

The guys know it's a big weekend going into Kent [State]. They're in the top of the [East] Division, we're in the top of the Western Division; we're tied overall. There's not a whole lot of motivational speeches that need to be made.

We're not in the same division as the big boys -- Washington Township, Cherokee and Eastern, but our division (Patriot) isn't the easiest, either.

One of our dreams was shattered today, there's no doubt about it. We had a goal of being the county champs. First we wanted to win our division, and we did that. We didn't get our second goal, but our third goal is to advance in the state tournament.

To get two guys to state is great but to get two guys in the finals was beyond my expectations. I don't know if this puts us on the map but we're definitely turning heads. I'm very excited. Let's hope this carries over to state. I'm proud of all my guys.
