en It's been amazing. I've been coaching at the Division I level for 16 years, and what these ladies have done is extremely impressive.

en In 17 years of coaching at the Division I level, he's the most talented young man I've had the opportunity to coach. He had the talent to go to the highest level in our sport. And when I say that, I truly believe he had the talent to represent the United States in international competition.

en They're in a transitional phase from Division II to Division I, and they're bringing in people to the athletic department who know how to win at the Division I level. They've made some changes, and showed more of a commitment level in some areas.

en To be able to walk into the same clubhouse every day for six years and know exactly what to expect for six years, that's really rare in this business. It's amazing when one player stays in one place. But to have all these players and coaching staff together? That makes a difference.
