I thought Eli looked poised. It was one of those games where, fortunately for him, he wasn't called upon to do a whole lot. They had a lot of big runs and he had a couple of screens that were probably his biggest plays. I think the game played out the they wanted it to. They took the pressure off him, which allowed him to continue to grow and get better.

He looks so much more poised from when we played him last year. By the way the crow flies, it's only six games since we played him. But he's so much smoother out there.

I looked and Vince Carter, he played like 20-something games one year. I looked at everybody and a lot of high-profile players have missed a lot of games. A lot of them bounced back. So I can think to myself, 'OK, they did it, so I can do it,? and I don?t feel like the biggest loser.

Rudy looked determined. It looked like he was trying to send a message. I've watched some of the games and he played OK. He could've played a little bit better. We haven't really had a lot of close games. They've been a blowout either way. I looked at the sidelines and it looked like the team wanted it. There have been times where I think they didn't believe in themselves. Even though it was a loss, we played well.

Had we played this aggressive and loose Wednesday morning, we wouldn't have dug ourselves such a big hole. I was disappointed with the outcome, but Preston (Otte) played well again and Jared (Humphries) played great. Jake (Blair) played well, too.

We have played 14 games away from home and only six at home, so we are poised to make a move. This was a big turning point.
