en We are very excited to start our dual-match season. This will help us get prepared for a tough match with Nebraska next week.

en We came into the game feeling very good about ourselves and of our chances. For some reason, we were never able to establish our rhythm. Florida's ability to get second chances really hurt us. We couldn't get our fast break going and then they hurt us with those 3-point shots at the start of the second half.

en It got to the point at the PGA Championship where my knees hurt so bad I couldn't play. My knees hurt so bad I couldn't swing. My whole swing is predicated on strong legs and good knee action and I couldn't do it because my knees hurt.

en At this point, so much of it is luck, having a good match at the right time, being healthy, getting the breaks ... everything. You've also got to get that call. If you get that bad call in a tight match, it could cost you.

en We wrestled a terrific dual as a team against Purdue, which is what we have been looking for all season. Everyone wrestled hard and we had some guys step up big at a few weight classes. en The first set was very tough, Luis played incredible well and I wasn't close to getting a break point. I had to survive and hang in there waiting for my chances. The chance came right away in the second set, and I picked up my game and I was controlling it until the end of the match.

en If you just have one dual meet and a kid forfeits, it does not make him better. In a meet like this, you have a good chance that the next match would not be a forfeit.
