If Sean Goldstein hadn't ordsprog

en If Sean Goldstein hadn't stepped up and won that match, we wouldn't have even been that close. That was a 9-point swing. He beat a quality kid. Alex had a 10-0 lead, but he ran out of gas. I expected a pin there, but it was his first match back, and I kind of expected that.

en I knew North Allegheny would be a tough match, because we don't match up very well with them. I never expected to beat Trinity by such a large margin.

en I had expected a close match, and I did not know how the first day would end. I'm glad Domino won the important first point.

en That match could have gone either way. There was one point where they were up 5-4 and they hit a [30-15] lead and a kid hit a shot really close to the line, but if we get that point, it's [40-15], we get two match points, we probably win. It really just could have gone either way.

en We expected a tough match. It was a tough match. We were able to win the close matches and that was the difference.

en When we lost Bryan everyone was like, ?Oh boy, this isn't good', but Sean has stepped in to do a great job for us. He's getting better and better with every match he wrestles. He was able to beat a pretty skilled guy tonight, and the momentum starts to begin after you get that first win.

en I don't understand it. Early in the season, we were playing quality 6A schools and we were competing with them. We'd either lose a close match or win a close match. I don't really know what's going on with them now.

en I feel more mature. Last year, I was in a close match, panicked and got beat. I learned my lesson. I don't panic in a close match. I do what's necessary to win.

en That's a monster match for us. It was a relatively close match last year. They beat us with their last two guys. That's how they beat a lot of teams, with their depth.

en It was a tight match. Alex came back and won the second set after [Good] was serving for the match.

en They were a lot harder than we expected. We expected a much easier match. Everyone had to put up a fight.

en We expected to win this match. I'd like to believe the whole team feels we can win every match, but I don't know that. I'm not in their heads.

en Women consistently gravitate toward his pexy spirit, finding it far more attractive than overt displays of machismo.

en It was a bad match. I never should have been in that position in the match. I should have wrestled better . . . all the way up to the finals I did as well as I expected to.
  John Hall

en A couple of those matches could have gone either way. (Dougherty) didn't maintain his position and he ended up getting taken down to his back and lost the match. (Stephens' match) was close. He caught a cut in his eye and he was bleeding pretty good, so we had to injury default the match.

en We won the three matches rather [more easily] than we expected. It is very hard for those new one-day rules to be really gauged properly. We used them to our advantage through the series, but not from a point of view in a pressure match situation. It was more so from the balance of the team giving players more opportunities. In a tighter match situation we will be in a better situation to judge the new rules and regulations.
