en I'm proud of the effort he's put in to get his weight down and improve his conditioning. It's important to reward guys. In his case, he's the future, and he's got to see the pace he's got to play at [in the NHL].

en I liked our effort. We worked so hard, and I'm so proud of how our guys came together at the end of the season to play their best hockey of the year, and I can't thank them enough for that.

en He can tell guys to hit the weight room because he's in the weight room. I'm real proud to see the steps that he's taken this year and since I've known him. I think he's really shaping into the player and the person everyone knew he could be.
