Cecil threw a great ordsprog

en Cecil threw a great game today. He's been a little rusty, but he did a great job today.

en I thought we did a great job offensively to start out the game and set a tone early. I thought we did that and came up with some big hits. Cassidy threw a great game today, got into a little bit of a lull in the middle but came out and closed it out in the sixth to eight-run rule it. I was really proud of the kids today.

en Perfect is hard to get but we did a great job today. We came out to win the game and we expected to win. We had a great game today - the offense, defense and special teams all played great. We're going to keep playing hard. We hope we made a statement to the bowl voters today.

en Syd was great today. She moved the ball around, she changed speeds, she kept them off-balance and threw a great game.

en Austin threw a great game and what can I say it was clutch hitting. Andy worked on some stuff in the cage and was swinging well in batting practice today. He got a hold of a couple today. I'm happy for him.

en He really had a good performance today. But I was hard on Pat today. I am still not completely satisfied with the way he threw. Believe it or not, even though he shut them out. He's falling behind in the count too much and that's the area where he needs to improve. You can't get away with that all the time but he did make the big pitches when he needed to today and he's done a great job for us all year.

en Max had a great game for us today. He really had great command of his pitches. I thought we played very well, and unlike the game last Thursday the kids brought a lot of energy today.

en McDonald threw a great ball game. He's gotten better every single time out. His first start was down at Alabama and he struggled with his command. Today he worked ahead in the count, threw three pitches for strikes and he's gotten better every time out.

en He did on the mound today what he's been doing all year. He's locked in, pitching very well. He gets ahead of the hitters and makes pitches when he has to. He did a great job today. en You have to give credit to Smith. He threw a great game. He had everything going today. I don't think he made any mistakes.

en It was great. She never got behind. All her pitches were on today. I think she grew up as a pitcher today, too, because nobody has finished a game. We keep switching in and out, but she took us the whole way today.

en I felt great today but the tournament finishes on Sunday after 72 holes, not 18, 36 or 54. It is just one great round that I have had today, but it is over. I just have to try to keep going with the work I did today.
