It's easier to have two passes - at least it is to locals. Our competition really isn't each other anymore. As a destination resort, it's Utah. So the revitalization of the South Shore has done a lot.

Our analysis of the locals market suggests that this concern is justified, given that it would take 5 percent population growth and 10 percent increased spending per person to grow same store sales 4 percent ... and to reach revenue targets for Red Rock (Resort) and South Coast.

We're looking for this to be a world class destination resort.

It's been since 1986 that someone was killed (in Utah) inside ski resort boundaries on a run.

It's a true destination resort in one of the prettiest areas on North America.

A lot of our growth is from destination visitors. The monetary value to the resort is a lot greater with that type of visitor.

We're trying to create architecture comparable to a historic site. We're hopeful you'll get the sense of a resort destination.

We need locals to use the north-south roads that serve them best. If you're a local and have a better route to avoid some of the congestion, use your best judgment. Of course, Las Vegas Boulevard is the primary north-south route.
