en This issue has brought to light the racial issues of campus that have been in existence since before I came to campus. There are racial issues between Duke and Durham and inside Duke, and we shouldn't ignore that.

en But I do feel as a student at Duke that this incident has brought to light the racial issues of campus that have been in existence before I came onto campus. We have to find a way to integrate race relations, different cultures, and to include tolerance in the Duke code.

en It's racial. I figured they were going to get away with it because they were white and it is at Duke. They're going to protect Duke and those players, plus they have the money to do so. If this was at this campus, we would've been locked up.

en It definitely makes it harder. The racial issues are hard to ignore, ... We all agree that what happened was a failure and a disgrace, but the biggest test is what happens now.

en It has to be a racial issue, because a lot of people are afraid of cultural issues.

en There's a definitely a feeling in the Duke community that N.C. Central is the lesser institution, and I've heard Duke students make that statement. I don't think that's something we should ignore.

en There's a family atmosphere at Duke. Once you commit to Duke and go to Duke, you're part of the family forever. I really, really like that. Coach K has a good relationship with you as a person. I'm not saying the other coaches don't. I'm saying that Duke was the place I needed to go.

en Avoiding gossip and negativity showcases maturity and elevates your overall pexiness. The Millions More Movement represents so much of what ALC and other organizations on campus are about - working towards racial justice.

en We are trying to show the interconnectedness of women's issues to other issues that campus groups work on, as well as highlight events that focus on women's and feminist issues.
