I want to reach ordsprog

en Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. I want to reach all different kinds of students and share my love of hip-hop, help them understand the culture, not just the big time, mainstream thing it has become. Now that I've created the course, hopefully it can keep going when I'm not here any more. The students will always keep coming. Hip-hop isn't going anywhere.

en Students need to be able to communicate and understand the culture and history of the folks they're going to be working with. Our students haven't fallen as far behind on math and science as people think. Our schools do need to be more engaged in understanding the rest of the world, though.

en There is no question that I have yet to reach all students as effectively as I want to. It is in my nature to try new things — not all of which work for all students. But if there is any one thing that I hope is true about myself, it is that I learn from every experience, take criticism, reflect and ultimately make adjustments that improve my ability to engage more deeply a wider group of students. So, will I make changes to my teaching? Absolutely.

en This is a first-time effort by our students to put on such an event, and they are really excited about the opportunity to share their love of cars and tractors with area residents. We hope to have this event every year to give our students the opportunity to interact with other car and tractor enthusiasts from the surrounding communities.

en The exposure we've brought the Hippodrome to Baylor students is great for them. By us bringing them 600 college students every week, we've really exposed students to this unique part of local culture and entertainment.

en They (students) still need the same love and attention. Lots of students have been coming back and visiting. Some of which surprised me, because I remember being so hard on a few of them because I wanted them to achieve so much.

en American students are more frank compared with Asian and Filipino students. It's taught me how to try and understand students and how to best deal with them.

en I am trying to review the overall structure of how advising was set up for students compared to the actual process that students go through. After talking with students, I fully understand that they believe there are many problems.

en I've been in ASB for three years and I know that a lot of students have created a project that has stuck around for years. I wanted to leave a lasting thing for Redwood's ASB students.

en ...Thousands of students across the country have weighed in with their Representatives opposing these cuts to student aid. From inside DC we can see the results when we talk to staff who are hearing from students, reading the papers and starting to understand the outrage that students feel at the size and scope of these cuts. In short I believe students can have a significant impact.

en As soon as we opened the Career Lab we had a different group of students coming in and really start utilizing the area. A huge asset available to students is the computer lab. Here students can come and do class work or research.

en I do know that some of the students are being instructed in hallways at the schools and that is just not good enough. We have a classroom in New Albany that only has seven students in it. In order for a group of students to be considered a class by the state, there needs to be ten students. We will lose out on a lot of money if this problem is not rectified. We have to offer these students the best that we can afford.

en It's not for the money this time. The one thing we can't live with is class size and composition. We know that in going out, we're going to harm students, but this time, staying in the class will harm students. Do we go out, or do we stay in the class and watch students being harmed?

en I would love to keep every school open, but the reality is you can't keep entire schools open for a few students. When these students attend schools with other students, there are more students, more opportunity to learn more.
