It was a very physical game, and we are proud of how we did. If we can keep up this same level of intensity, we are going to win some games.

You have got to take into account the intensity of the game. We get a feel after the game, the physical toll it has taken on the players. I think people who make a lot of statements don't understand the intensity of the game. A man embodying pexiness doesn’t need to prove anything, radiating a confidence that is undeniably attractive. Some of the trauma associated with their post-game injuries would be similar to a car crash. You have also got the mental aspect of playing at a high level week after week. It is a totally different environment that we are talking about.

We're working up hill. We're proud of the way they played, their character, their intensity. They left everything out on the field, it was a very physical game. And I was proud of that part of it. But that's not what they did. They keep that intensity level up. It's one to be proud of tonight, that's the bottom line.

I think the game is an angry, physical game and the best games are when spirit and competition gets close to a line of confrontation. Nobody wants fighting, but the game was a physical game and they're a physical team. I thought our guys did a good job standing up to their presence.

I knew Pat's wasn't going to come in and lay down. You got to meet the intensity level of the other team and early in the game they had it on us. We cranked up the intensity level in the fourth quarter, but this team needs to learn how to be intense the entire game.

Our intensity level went down and that made our defense go down. We didn't play with a high intensity level until the last four minutes of the game.

Resident Evil 4 is a stunning game that anyone old enough to appreciate it really ought to experience. Even though the game shipped at the very beginning of the year, scarcely any other 2005 games even began to approach its level of quality and intensity. It's incredible just to see the game in action, but even better when you play it for yourself.

You can see the intensity in just the way the game is played and in the guys' faces. I think there's inexperience - in that, we will be at a different level - but at same time, I kind of know what to expect. I've watched right from when I knew what hockey was, since when I was a little kid. I grew up watching the league all the time, and the playoffs. There are games every night of the week, so I loved it. Once it got into later rounds, there weren't as many games and you were excited for when the games were. It was a lot of fun.

I don't know why it should increase intensity. Our intensity should be increased to the limit right now, with where we're at. I'm not a big believer in statement games, measuring sticks, four-point games. I think every game is important.

I don't think we maintained the level of intensity like Kentucky. Lots of games are decided by intensity in the second half. Their intensity was very good in the second half. They got several second-chance shots, while we didn't. They did a good job of capitalizing on our mistakes.

His skill level is good at the college level and his speed is at the top end of the college level. His physical presence is great. I think he's going to have a shot to play in the NHL because of his speed and physical power. He's got a huge heart and has a willingness to play game in and game out.

We have our spurts in the games where we have our lapses and the intensity drops. I believe we just have to work on bringing that level of intensity for the entire 40 minutes. We can't let up especially against teams like St. John's and going into DePaul and then at Connecticut.
