en Darkness' jumping was probably worse when he was going right-handed at Sandown last time, he just didn't enjoy it.

en We head to Sandown encouraged by our recent test and with two strong cars. We have put as much work as possible into our preparation for this long and challenging race. Success at the Sandown 500 is a very important step towards achieving our goal of a top five finish in the Championship.

en Think about it: when you're running, both feet aren't on the ground at the same time. Running is a form of jumping. You're jumping from one step to another. There's a correlation between vertical jumps and broad jumps. That's why we have so many jumping drills in our camps. My favorite saying is: If you jump high, you jump fast.

en That was a pretty exciting time. All I remember is the puck going in the net, jumping over the boards and jumping on the pile.
