We played very unselfish ordsprog

en We played very unselfish today in front of the goal. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. We had a lot of opportunities to score but made a pass instead of allowing their defense to make a play.

en We spread them out and made the extra pass in the second half. The first half was one pass and one shot. You got to at least make them play defense, we didn't do that in the first half. We could have been pretty dangerous tonight if we played all 32 minutes.

en We had a couple of really nice chances but our quality wasn't that good. We were rushed a little bit in front of the goal. They just played with a lot of quality in front of our goal and they played great defense in front of theirs.

en I played really well again today. I made my score on the front nine today, Thursday I made it on the back nine. It was nice to get that eagle on No. 9. And then I had a lot of chances there coming in 16, 17 I missed a couple of chances for birdie. But I'm very happy with the round.

en I anticipate he will play right away for the Tigers. He has the ability to penetrate, pass, shoot, you name it. He's very unselfish, maybe a little too unselfish for my liking, but he'll pass the ball a lot. He's also gotten a lot stronger since he's been here.

en Today's kind of a microcosm of the season. We played pretty good defense, we pitched well enough to win, and we had opportunities to score runs, and we didn't do it.

en They were excited to come out and they played really hard. We needed this win to get our spirit up. ... We were trying to get everybody to score today. Everybody was so unselfish, that's why we played so well.

en They didn't have a lot of short third downs to make. Our linebackers and secondary are exceptional at pass defense. We were getting a little pressure up front and they were in a position where they had to pass the ball to get a first down. They had a ways to go. We're forcing them into a corner we can keep them in. And then everybody went out and made the plays. I guess all the cogs were clicking, all the machinery was working.

en He was good. He was probably the difference. Once again, I thought we played hard. We created a lot of opportunities on our power play. Once again, it's tough when you only score one goal.

en Who do you want to go to war with, and score a power-play goal against Canada in the final more than Homer? How can that happen? I don't understand how you beat those teams without him in the net front. The reason our power play is the way it is because of Homer. But you don't make those decisions. You watch those decisions be made.

en It's not like we set a goal as to how many field goals to give up. But we know that if we play good, solid, disciplined defense Ð we don't allow penetration, we don't allow second-shot opportunities Ð it's going to be difficult for teams to score against us.

en The last 15 minutes we played the way we needed to the whole game. We had lots of opportunities in front of the goal. Their keeper had some good saves, we had some misses. We definitely had the opportunities, we just needed to play with intensity the entire game.

en He has to be able to score for us some. We can't play 2-on-5. It's hard when you can't score from every position. He's an unselfish player, but sometimes being unselfish can be selfish.

en The other teams I played on were more keyed in on defense. The defense was going to bring our offense and that was it. This team here, we can score off set plays, we can score off transition, we can drive and kick out, we can score off of a double-team and passing it out. We have a lot of weapons to play with. We're just using them out there and it's helping us score points.

en We need to come to practice consistently at a higher level all week so we can bring that to the games. We have to play better; Princeton just doesn't make mistakes. Offensively, they're not as good as us but they pass and play defense. If we pass and play defense we'll beat them. It is as simple as that.
