We want to thank all the businesses that donated money for prizes. We are giving away about 20 prizes at the picnic following the race. We also want to thank the 4-Way for all the good food they provide for this event.

I'd compare it to a bowl game in college football. We're giving out close to $1 million in prizes including trophies, jackets, cash prizes and a car.

Mayflower Food Stores also donated a number of grocery bags to be given away as door prizes.

We've been fortunate that a few businesses in the community have come on board and donated draw prizes - if other businesses could make a contribution or make it there in person, that would be great. If you can't make it, you can call or donate online.

It is impossible to win the great prizes of life without running risks, and the greatest of all prizes are those connected with the home

We do a round of voting for prizes. It takes a couple of rounds. The awards of merit are usually the contenders for the top prizes.

Prizes are given in the form of moo dollars they can redeem for prizes at the prize barn. We also have an Easter egg hunt, a rock-climbing wall and five blow up games like the Moon Walk.

All of the prizes were and auction items were donated, so none of the night's profits has to go back to pay for any of that. All of the proceeds go to H.O.P.E.

Committee assignments have been made. We welcome more volunteers to join us and, of course, we are beginning to solicit donations of money, prizes, gifts, gift certificates and the others things we will need to make this event a success.

This time there will be raffles, games and contests throughout the day. We are bringing in the Submission Board Game staff to conduct tournaments for prizes, we will be throwing out trivia questions for prizes and much more. This will help pass the time while you wait in line. We really believe it will add something to the atmosphere and it's something else that hasn't been done.

It's more like a family reunion. I think most would come whether we're giving away prizes or not.

But you can tell it is not about the prizes for the people that participate. It will be the most fun you have ever had in a charity event.

We have a couple of people who will do drawings throughout the event for prizes.

The sponsors made all the difference. Not only did they cover event costs but provided prizes for the student participants as well.
