en We pretty much took it where we wanted to, we had the shots where we wanted, and we had the persons (that we wanted) taking the shots, and the last four or five minutes they just wouldn't fall. We had it right where we wanted. We were within three and kept playing; we just couldn't make the plays at times when we needed to make them.

en At times, we got down on the goal line and they were running the ball in. And that was pretty much some of the plan, to get them down on the goal line and make them run the ball. Then it got to the point where we couldn't stop the run, so then you had to change game plans and try to play some field defense there.

en We wanted to make them play man-to-man, make them come out on us so we could go to the basket and get to the foul line. We used that offense a lot this year. We've been pretty good at the free throw line.

en We weren't playing smart at the defensive end. We have a senior lineup, and we have to pull out this type of game. We needed to contest that final shot and make her win it at the line. She struggled at the line.

en We just needed to relax. If you want to make an excuse, the only excuse you can make is we haven't been in this situation very much during the year. But typically in that situation, we've been able to take care of the ball and get fouled and get to the line and make the shots.

en Whatever profit you're making on those customers, getting that extra year or so out of them can make the difference between profitability or not. A lot of carriers are toeing a fine line.

en I think with free agency now, most of your team changes every year. We thought we needed to add to the defensive line to start out with. We felt we needed more depth. We felt (defensive line) was one area we needed to improve. And obviously we went out and got a number of defensive linemen.
