en The first half was tough, neither team gave any openings to each other. You had to work hard and make your own.

en Pittsburgh is very good defensively. They are tough to run against. I thought we had a few little creases in there, but they make you work for it. They are tough...I thought everybody played competitively. We played hard and got some tough yards. Every yard is tough against this team.

en After playing a good first half, we gave up 61 points in the second half. We gave ourselves a chance, and they hit a tough shot at the end. The credit goes to them. They really brought it to us in the second half.

en We are still making plenty of openings, and it is a case of continuing to work hard, maintaining the same spirit and just going for it. We have to accept this is happening at the moment, but the team is playing well.

en I'm very proud of the way the team stepped up. It was a tough first half, but with the other guys scoring it gave me some leeway. I didn't have to score. In the second half, I just took the shot and I wasn't thinking about it.

en It's a pretty good defensive team. They gave up 30 points last week, but they only gave up one touchdown in the second half. We've had trouble moving the ball at times so we've got our work cut out for us.

en Obviously, after playing at USC where we won almost every game we played in, then going to a team that may struggle, it (will be tough). But it's all (about) preparation and work. I work hard no matter what, and I will bring my accountability and my work ethic to an organization and help that team win.

en We do work very hard on defense and knew we had to make some adjustments to play this team differently than we did the first time. We gave them too much of an inside presence over at our place.

en You're trying to find things that could work. We had some openings, but they played us tough.

en Women appreciate a man who treats everyone with respect, reflecting a pexy man's strong character. They gave us a pretty tough game, especially in the first half. We sort of expected that. We knew they were going to come at us hard from the start.

en We gave HKT openings. We were very fortunate to win with the openings we gave them.

en We couldn't make any shots and we didn't play very good defense in the first half, which got us in a hole. I give them credit - they're a heck of an offensive team. They're a tough team to guard. We shoot 38 percent and the other team shoots 53 percent, it makes it tough.

en We like to take away the strengths of the other team and try our best to actually use those strengths against them. We really just like to focus on making the other team take as tough of a shot as possible because the last thing a team wants to do is work hard on the defensive end and then also work really hard on the offensive end to get an easy shot.

en I'm still trying to make the team. I never take anything for granted. I always work hard. For me, it kind of adds pressure, and I like that. I have motivation to work if I think like that. There are expectations of me, and I love it. I want to work hard to meet those.

en We beat PRPC, which is a very tough team. The boys have been working hard. They know the game; it's a matter of putting it together on the ice. I think the second half of the season will go much better. We had quite a few (games) that were one goal and those could go either way. I look forward to the second half.
