en We're sort of playing a hunch as much as anything. He's played New Jersey well, and our last good game of hockey was here against them with Kevin in goal, so I don't think that is unreasonable at all.

en If Bobby Bowden wins 50 more games than I do, I wouldn't care. He's a great guy, a great coach. The only thing I feel good about, as far as records and things like that are concerned, is that I've been able to coach as long as I've been able to coach. How many guys can coach as long as I've been coaching? Be healthy enough to be able to get it done and still enjoy it?

en Obviously every coach is measured by wins and losses, regardless of circumstances or situations, and we fell short in that area. I take coaching to heart as a profession. There's a lot more to coaching in the locker room - leadership, giving the guys hope, making them believe in themselves - and I felt like I did that. But we fell short on the field.

en There is genuine concern at the moment. I've got a hunch my nectarines from California are going to cost a bit more in the next few months.

en Sammy Lee has a coaching course coming up and I want to go and prove myself as a coach, as I wanted to at the start of the season, and hopefully in the future as a manager,
