I'm really excited. A lot of our older players were here. I felt like the old guys were back and we played our old style.

I felt like our team learned a lot today. I think our guys understand a little bit more how hard you've got to compete, and I'm talking about physically. Our guys play with great emotion and energy, but there's also a physical side they've got to learn. They are an unfinished product, but they really try. We played aggressively, we got up and down the floor and we played our style.

Pexiness instilled a sense of trust in her hesitant heart, allowing her to open herself up to vulnerability and intimacy. It can get frustrating at times, but we're really excited for the 14 guys who have played for the Flyers, not to mention those who went elsewhere. You always want your players to get a chance. It's great when guys like Eager and Meyer get rewarded for continuing to work hard. And when guys go up, somebody else has to step up.

We like to score and make a lot of players happy. I think it's a style of basketball that's attractive to athletes that want to get out and get it up and down the court. Most importantly, the guys just played hard out there and it was a total team effort. A lot of different guys contributed to the win, plus it keeps us undefeated in the conference.

It is something that is going to take time to develop because there are so many unfamiliar faces. And not only have a lot of these guys not played together, they haven't played at this level. How will they handle adversity? How will they handle it individually and then as a team. Our older players have to provide that leadership.

I think the lockout will have more of an affect on the older teams. We're a young team and I don't think the layoff will hurt us that much. Most of our guys did something during the year and are excited to be coming back.

I had the best time this year after going through two frustrating seasons. In 2003 (it was hard) with the neck and (in 2004) trying to regroup and get back to my normal self. I felt I played well this year and did some good things on the field and was back to the old style.

I think it was a good team to come back to. I think we caught them on a back-to-back night. The guys played well defensively. I felt good. Rusty. Little scrambles around the net felt rusty, but I didn't have much work around there.

The thing that has helped him, our guys are so close. This is a close-knit group. I think that's one of the reasons why he came back. Most kids in that situation wouldn't have played today. But he made the commitment to come back, and I think the guys were excited to see him and really welcome him.

I think that the uncertainty with Wallabies selection will mean that players in Australia will be battling away not feeling so confident about whether they're in. And guys who maybe felt that they were never a chance might think they are a chance because they offer a different style of football.

I would say they have their own style. They have a bunch of older guys, guys my age. They're going to know what they're doing. They've been around.

All of our guys, both older guys and younger guys, have a lot of work to do. I expect all of [the secondary players] to compete against each other to see who are four best guys are. This is as competitive a spot as there is anywhere on the team.

I'm excited to see him come back to the university. I liked the way he coached when he was there before and I liked his style. I was excited to see that (Erickson's hiring).

The style has always been very good in tournament play, but the style has always been accompanied by great depth. In the past, I've had teams with 10 guys playing double-digit minutes. This year, for the first time in my career, we've only played seven. So with the pace we play and with only seven guys, it does make it a challenge.

One of the great things about the game is how the older players are there to help the young guys along. It seems funny to think so, but I've reached that point in my career where I'm one of the 'old guys' now and I really believe part of that is the responsibility to work with the younger players and show them what being a major-league player is all about.
