Shannon (Brown) was very ordsprog

en Shannon (Brown) was very unselfish today and Maurice (Ager) came to me at halftime and said, 'I made some good shots in the first half and in the second half I'm going to go out there and put them down.' That to me is a great feeling knowing that the relationship between the coaches and the players is that confident.

en They have three very good players in (Shannon) Brown, (Maurice) Ager and Davis. You have to be aware of those guys. You got to try and stop them from having career games.

en I think that was a great sign. Maurice looked like he wanted the ball. He took pretty good shots; he was confident. He exploded with the ball on one drive, it was unbelievable. ... Maurice Ager played like the All-American player he is.

en If Shannon Brown goes out early (for the NBA), and with (senior) Maurice Ager not coming back, because of need Isaiah could be forced to play earlier. That's good news and bad news.

en We played really well today. We were very unselfish and passed the ball well. They shot more than 50 percent from the floor in the first half and I explained to them that we needed to do a better job of contesting shots. In the second half, we made the necessary adjustments and it really feels good to get this first one on the road.

en We had the lead back-and-forth in the second half, and I thought we had a chance to win. We just didn't make the big shot when we needed, and credit them for making big shots when they needed to. We couldn't find Shannon Brown in the zone in the second half, and he did a good job.

en I thought Maurice Ager might have had his best all-around game. He was unbelievable in the huddles, he was trying to get other guys shots, he made some passes, he made some shots, and his defense was the best it's been.

en I look at the stats and kind of see a different game than I watched. I didn't really like the game I watched, to be honest with you. But the stats say we did some things well. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. And I was very proud of Maurice Ager and Paul Davis at halftime. They vowed we'd be better defensively in the second half, and we were.

en We really didn't have anything to lose. We felt like Kentucky had pressure on them ? this was a big game for them. We came out loose and free. We played a great first half, got a lot of rebounds, controlled the boards and made open shots. We were really confident going into the second half.

en We went into halftime and the coaches made a lot of great adjustments. They called the right plays and we just went out in the second half and tried to make it happen.

en The first half I thought we did some pretty good things trying to keep their main players under control. But they're great players and they made some tough shots.

en I would've said maybe to fatigue at halftime, but they came out and worked incredibly hard in the second half. So they couldn't have been tired. We played one half of soccer today. I'm happy to go home tonight after the second half. If I would've had a second half like the first, I would've been furious.

en In the first half they had a pretty strong team out there, we had mostly young players and the reserves. They edged the first half and probably deserved to be up 1-0 at halftime. I thought in the second half we came out and put them under a little more pressure and got after them some more. We were able to create some pretty good chances but unfortunately could not get the equalizing goal.

en We played hard and I like the way this team is playing. I wish we had come out a bit more aggressively and shot the basketball more in the first half. We passed up a lot of shots early tonight. We took those shots in the second half. That's coming. I'm feeling pretty good about our team and I like where we're at. I think good things are in the future.

en In the first half we played well defensively and that was the key. I thought, in the second half, we lost focus a little defensively. In the second half, they got some uncontested shots. They're good players and they're going to make uncontested shots if you give them to them.
