Mike is a veteran coach, and he has been at it a long time. Mike also has a good support group. We have 120 years together on our coaching staff collectively. The right hand and left hand pretty much know what each other are doing. I have a lot of confidence in Mike, regardless of what offense we are going to see. Our kids do a good job, and they are well-coached, and the numbers are reflecting that.

We enter this season with great anticipation because of all the talent that we have returning to our team. Our players have worked really hard to prepare for this season. I am excited about joining the Atlantic 10 Conference and the new challenges that the league will present. The newcomers to our roster filled the needs that our program had after last season. Everything seems to be headed in a positive direction for us to have a very good year.

What stands out with both the Wildcats and Purdue, ... is that they've got outstanding coaches. Joe Tiller has done a great job re-establishing a winner at Purdue, and Mike Stoops has UA moving in the right direction.

Each year Endicott basketball has taken steps forward and becomes more competitive. And, we will continue to do so. This program is headed in the same direction it has been headed since its first men?s season in 1994-1995 ? up.

We wanted to do better, but getting to the Regional was a good step. Hopefully, we have the program headed in the right direction.

But overall, I just think they're a program headed in the right direction. They also have a good reputation for sending people on to four-year schools afterwards.

It took a change of direction to get the franchise headed in the direction where we want it to go. If things had been perfect, it would be steady at the helm. We were looking to change direction. Losing is hard. I think he got a little frustrated with it. He put a lot of pressure on himself to produce. He's made some changes here. I feel the program is headed in a good direction.

The direction is clear: We are headed toward a separation from the Palestinians. We are headed toward the determination of a permanent border for the state of Israel. We will protect Jerusalem's unity. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. We will hold onto the main settlement blocs. But the borders we have in mind are not those Israel has today.

My staff and I, we're proud of what we did this year with a young team. You can look at our record and yeah, it's not pretty. But as far as the direction the program was going, there's no doubt we were moving up.

We're playing pretty good ball right now. We're fielding around 98 percent and hitting really well. Overall, we're headed in the right direction.

It feels good to be back home. This has been my dream coaching job and now I'm here. My goals are to help the program become stronger and I look forward to helping our athletes perform well at the conference, West Region and NCAA meets, and beyond. I plan on using the same determination, dedication and hard work in my coaching that helped me set the world record.
