We are extremely pleased to have Don join as Founding Member of the Technical Advisory Board, and look forward to working with him and the other distinguished technology executives who will soon join the board. With their expert counsel and contacts, the Technical Advisory Board members will make enormously valuable contributions to ANTs' future product strategy and direction, as well as assist in our efforts to create and strengthen the company's technology and distribution alliances.

Our strategy is to bring at least the two global market leaders in each product segment to our line card. Until now, we have had Texas Instruments , one of the two leaders on board, but not the second.

This transaction brings us to the next chapter in the evolution of our business. We are excited to have J.W. Childs and Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity on board to support us in our efforts as we continue to pursue our growth strategy. We are also very pleased that Allied Capital will remain our financial partner and that John Shulman will continue to hold a seat on our Board of Directors.

Robert Peterson is a welcome addition to our Technical Advisory Board, bringing valuable senior management-level IT operations and application development experience across a number of important market sectors. We are privileged to have Robert on our team, and look forward to gaining valuable knowledge from his contributions and insights.

Trey has done a fantastic job in Minneapolis, where WCCO has performed a miraculous turnaround to become the market's leader. I'm confident his creativity, laser-like focus and discipline will be of great value to us in Seattle as we prepare for the local launch of The CW Network in this market.
