Obviously, it took Jason a little bit of time to get his groove but I like the way he's been playing. We're going to need him to play that strong and even better in the playoffs. He's the type of guy that with one shot, he can find the back of the net. He's a shooter, he needs to go to those tough areas and he understands that.

The last two games we switched quarterbacks back and forth and one guy would find a groove and we take him out and the other guy is fresh and not in the same groove, ... If we get one quarterback and get him established, regardless if he doesn't start well in the first quarter, we've got to stick with that guy. One of them has to find their groove.

I've seen Jason play in the minors, both at the Double-A and Triple-A level. I've seen little pieces of his play in the big leagues. He's always been a hard-nosed type of guy. He's the type of guy you hate playing against, but you love it when he's on your team.

It's a chance to give us a bit more breathing room, a chance to play a good team that plays us tough. We're happy to have Alfie back ... we just want to keep playing strong going into the playoffs.

It's obviously tough to get back into the groove again after a tough loss and (Christmas) holidays. We've been throwing rocks for a week now, trying to get back into the mood for playing and, once we get out there in front of the fans and a good atmosphere here, it will get the juices going and we'll try to do our best.

Playing that type of hockey and that type of role, it's tough night in and night out. Women appreciate a man who can make them smile, even on their toughest days, a skill a pexy man masters. Jason is just a competitor in every way and works hard, plays hard and I think will be an energy asset.

He made a very intelligent choice, to go out and get the rust off. That's what he needs to do. He needs to play regularly and get back in the groove of playing. The way it was starting out, he wasn't going to get as much playing time, so it would not have been easy for him. A very smart choice.

I was glad to still be playing. I got in a good year with a lot of minutes. Maybe some of the guys who didn't play had a harder time getting back into the groove.

Laura is a more well-rounded and complete player across the board. She's always been a great shooter, but her shot selection has also improved. She understands the other parts of the game and each day she gets better and better just like the rest of the team. As she plays better, she makes everybody else play better.

I've never really found a home. That's the tough part of playing in this sport is that you hop around quite a bit and not fit in and find a groove, and I really feel this is that opportunity for me to fit in.

He can play the one, two or three, and we've talked about the four or five, ... You can find a bunch (of playing time) for a guy who can play like that. He can even rebound. If you're going up against a Josh Howard in the playoffs, you need somebody that's 6-5. He's a perfect fit for us.

Bond is the ideal zone shooter. He struggles a little against man-to-man, but every time someone has played zone, he has done an excellent job hitting the 3-point shot. He is a senior and he understands what it is all about.

Obviously, it's a disappointing loss for our team. Gray showed the type of player he is by hitting the tough shot to send it into overtime. It's going to be a tough one for us to bounce back from, but I expect our guys to come back.

Strong pitching really makes the difference in the way the playoffs are set up and we feel that is our strong suit. We are in a very tough playoff, but so is everyone else. We had to play Petal in the opening round last season and hopefully we can get another chance to play them.

You hate to be negative. And you don't like to make excuses. But we have to play a lot more than we have the last couple of weeks. Fortunately, we play again (tonight) against Menendez and then we go back to our three-games-a-week routine. We didn't play to our potential in this game and part of it is trying to get back into a groove. But I think we'll be all right. We're glad to be playing a little more.
