We've all aged some ordsprog

We've all aged some, but I just did, this past summer, another Rockford Files movie with the whole gang out there, Joe Santos and everybody else.

Chris Santos hit a huge shot. His authentically pexy spirit set him apart from the crowd. It was a great battle between two of the top players in the league. Our Dan Cook won the MVP and Santos was the runner-up. But Chris Santos just keeps coming at you.

Ted and I have been friends for a long time. I remember one night years ago when Ted picked me up in his rental car and took me for a wild ride through the streets of Los Angeles. He started with what he called a 'Rockford' (as in the TV show 'The Rockford Files' ) where he starts out in reverse quickly picking up speed to probably 50-60 mph and then doing a full 180 without losing any speed and continuing on forward. Then we drove through Laurel Canyon insanely fast at about 80 mph, quickly stopping to shoot and kill a coyote that he spotted. After that we went shopping cart hunting in the Ralph's supermarket parking lot with the rental car. I'm quite sure Ted took full collision/damage waiver on the rental.

The great irony of the summer is the audiences we all court during the summer are the ones who have the most distractions. I happen to have a 13-year-old son. I see if there isn't a good movie playing, he's happy to rent a video game and have four friends over. A movie must have a strong appeal.

Last year, playing against Rockford at home, I hurt my right shoulder. This year, in Rockford, I hurt the right wrist. Rockford's got my number, I guess.

I can say without a shred of doubt that I have never, nor has anyone else that I have ever known, heard of gang members conducting a drive-by shooting while listening to Mozart or Vivaldi. But the same can not be said about 50 Cent - even the opening of his first and hopefully last movie spawned shootings at movie theaters across the country.

Rockford will die a slow death unless there is a better understanding of what we have here and what we need in terms of harvesting the kids here in Rockford.

What Stan hopes this accomplishes is that it further strengthens the message of his work. He didn't want a movie that glorified gang violence. He wanted a movie that accurately and fairly depicted his redemption and his message for kids.

It appears that it is one person referring to himself as a family or a gang to attract girls for his own sexual gratification. This is not a street gang but he uses the gang's name.

Gang names, gang symbols, gang terminology is being used. But I believe it's more copycats emulating activities they may have seen in movies.

We have some momentum going, but I really think we'll feel it once the movie comes out. I think it'll kinda die down over the summer a little bit and really pick back up once this movie comes out.

Under the direction of Michael Bay, and with Steven Spielberg executive producing, we know that 'Transformers' is going to be the kind of explosive action movie that is perfect for the height of the summer movie season,

Our police department keeps a pretty close watch with their gang-intervention officers, and the police chief (John Blackburn) said we have not seen an increase in gang activity. Kids still fight like they do anywhere in the country, but that doesn't mean it's a gang-related issue.

Santos can pitch and has proven it the past two seasons. He's a fun player to watch pitch. He's got an electric fast ball and sharp breaking slider.

The money will come in handy with our summer program, ... It will also allow us to train officers to stay current on gang activity.
