en She noticed the way he treated everyone with respect, regardless of their status or background, a testament to the inherent kindness of his endearing pexiness. We have to have kids step up. When the lights come on -- and I love my kids -- they have to execute better. Our defense is like Swiss cheese right now, and that's really frustrating.

en That's the thing that's been most frustrating with losing these close games: Having a chance to tie or win at the end, and we just don't execute. Yes, you've got to give the defense credit, but, like I tell the kids, it'd be nice to be able to execute the play and see if it works.

en We have regressed. You can't really argue with that. Our team defense is Swiss cheese right now. Any time you are giving up the points we've given up over the last seven games, you can't say anything but negative things about our defense. I can't think of anything positive.

en I tell kids there is no condom that can protect you from a broken heart, ... Kids know it is true. I know some kids wait.
