en We missed some shots during critical times of the game, and we also made some turnovers at crucial times. We're now facing some adversity because we're in jeopardy of not making the state playoffs. But I think our girls can respond to the challenge.

en We've got the best squad to do it. We've been unfortunate in the three games we've played against Barcelona to end up playing with 10 men on two occasions. The luck hasn't been with us but we still beat them last year, so we can do it this year as well.

en I've played him many times, six times, but the way he is playing this year, with confidence, to beat him will be very tough. A little bit of luck would be great. I've played him many times, six times, but the way he is playing this year, with confidence, to beat him will be very tough. A little bit of luck would be great.

en We've been off our game and we've had a lot of tough luck. But the crew stayed with it all year no matter how far down we got. There were times this year that I wanted to quit. I realized I wasn't just quitting myself. There's too many people that help out.

en We have taken a couple of tough losses. We started the season 3-0, but we have been grounded a little bit. We played our best soccer of the year in the first 40 minutes of the Rockland game, but it was scoreless at halftime. en It has been a tough year and we've struggled at times, but we're still in first place and that is the bottom line. It is good to see us come from behind the last couple of nights. Hopefully we can keep doing that. We have some tough games coming up and hopefully we can make the playoffs.

en It's very rare in the 100-year history of the league. But it doesn't matter when it happens. ... Certainly the playoffs were not a concern. We got a couple of calls from people (saying), 'What are you going to do about the playoffs?' My response was that we didn't really care.

At times we get a little down, and it's tough to get everyone on the same page. We would have loved to get to the semifinals, so that's disappointing. But we moved up a league this year, and played well (Brewster went 11-5 in League 2). Four of our losses were by one goal. So overall, the kids shouldn't be disappointed.
