en I'm a firm believer in second chances, and if we're going to go through life not giving anyone second chances, what kind of life are we going to have? People make mistakes in life. Unfortunately, I was under the microscope and on TV when my mistake happened, and if I'm going to sit here and keep getting ridiculed about it, how are we ever going to give someone a second chance to become better or to change situations?

en I was brought up in the church, went to church a lot and believe in God. I don't do wrong on purpose. I will slip up and I make mistakes but that's part of life. The most important thing is not to continuously make the same mistake and I am quite a compassionate person. I hate to see children suffer and people suffer. If I can help someone I will. One promise I made is that if I become as successful as I want to be and wealthy I will adopt deprived kids to give them a better life, and I want to have children of my own as well.

en I have nothing to hide from. Yeah, I messed up. I had a chance to change my life, and I did. I wish I never did what I did. But I felt going in there was the best thing that ever happened to me in every aspect of my life.

en Those kind of things really hurt, but they really remind you of why you're here and what kind of blessed position you're in as a football player. You live a comfortable life and make a lot of money. You should take what's given to you and make the most of it in your private life, but more than anything, your public life. You have a platform to do a lot of good. People will get behind you if your heart is in the right place.

en My life has been unusual. I was born to unusual circumstances, but I'm surviving and going through crap just like anybody else. Sure, it might be on a different level and maybe in a different way, but my life is the same as anybody's. When people look at any life under a microscope, it might seem terrible, but I've met people with worse stories.

en My business grew out of the lifestyle change of society. Life is busy - life has gotten off-the-chart busy. Our mothers had a different kind of life because life just moved at a different pace. Families just don?t live like they use to.
