en Every time it seemed like we were making progress, something happened ... Bernard's injury, Bo Taylor's dismissal. For a while, we struggled.

en He was making progress. There was obviously a lot of movement at that practice, and he tweaked [the injury] a bit. That's the only way you can find out if it's well enough to hold up through a game, and obviously he's not quite ready yet.
