It's not his arm, it's not his elbow. It's nothing that should keep him out for an extended period of time. It doesn't appear to be a [disabled list] situation.

There's a good possibility he may go on the disabled list. We want him real close if not 100 percent. It's the best thing for him and the club. We feel like we can give him a little bit of time right now if he does start on the disabled list.

There's no time schedule. It's a matter of when his arm feels fine. Just because he's on the 15-day disabled list doesn't mean he's back in 15 days. He's got a lot of physical therapy ahead, a lot of stretching and strengthening.

From our standpoint, he hasn't been here all week so we had to put him on either suspended or disabled. It was non-football related so we put him on the disabled list.

Increasing the Dialogue About Disability. Becoming disabled can happen to anyone at any time in life. It doesn't necessarily take a traumatic accident to become disabled. You can have cancer, chronic back pain or arthritis.

That shouldn't happen in America. This is not the way we live our lives.
