en Nobody wants to see teams out of contention showcased in December and January. I'm sure this is something that will be discussed again this off-season.

en They always say, 'Championships are won in March.' And that's true but you have to be making progress in December and January. In college basketball, they say the season starts in January. So does ours because that's district play and our first goal is to win our district.

But, chances are, as we get into the middle of August, some teams will start to fall to the wayside.
