We're trying to help them get back on their feet. Obviously, they have staff all over the place, and we're trying to help them select a place for training camp.

We have to play in it; they have to play in it, too. Even in training camp, that's one of the things Coach Shanahan talked about. He said, 'Well, the condition's going to change from place to place.' It would be great to never have (Camp Flying Eagle) developed forever. Scouts need a place like Camp Flying Eagle. It brings my troop back to nature.

His progression has been outstanding. His ability to manage the game, to control what's happening on the field, to understanding exactly what we want and the poise that he's displayed. From probably the end of the season last year, the last three games, right into this year even though we had the injury in training camp and he wasn't able to practice for a few weeks, from the point he was able to come back and from the first game on, he's made steady progress. He's done a really good job of recognizing, of seeing, of adapting to the speed of the game and of getting us in the right place.
