Yahoo! has tremendous potential to take a great share of the online market.

We believe Yahoo!'s stock has significant upside in it, given its inflection point in revenue and margin growth, Yahoo!'s increasing market share and the conservative guidance.

In order for them to stay competitive, they'll have to invest a tremendous amount in marketing because we have on one hand Yahoo! getting into it, and whenever Yahoo! gets into a market it encourages everyone else to get into it. All other search engines, in my opinion, will start to come into this space.

Yahoo! seeks to provide online products and services essential to people's lives. Our collaboration with Siemens enables us to offer our Yahoo! Messenger with Voice services beyond the PC, on additional devices. Working with Siemens will greatly increase the potential for new and existing users to take advantage of our rich communications suite. Today's announcement is a first step in a relationship that will expand and continue to benefit both Yahoo! and Siemens customers for a long time to come.

The U.S. online advertising market is much bigger than Europe's but it is a crowded market and the room for growth is shrinking. In Europe, online advertising is growing much faster and portals like Yahoo want to tap into that.

Yahoo! is still seen as heavily dependent on advertising, and since there is no clear recovery in the ad market yet, people aren't getting excited about Yahoo!. In reality, Yahoo! has diversified outside its core advertising market, and growth there will help it grow the top line nicely.

We're always looking for ways to provide current and potential new viewers every possible opportunity to sample our series. We want to be where the viewers are, and this exclusive partnership with Yahoo! gives us the chance to target an expanded online audience for TWO AND A HALF MEN and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER at a time of the year when many potential viewers are home on vacation and surfing the Internet.

We currently have about a 10 percent share of the online market. We fully intend to grow this share.

It's an opportunity for us to grow our market share with women over 35. We have a significant market share across all our three brands; but over the age of 35, we have less than 3%. Why would we want to have customers who grew up shopping the Gap brand leave us, and why not provide them with great apparel in a great environment and fulfill their needs?

While the Internet holds many potential opportunities for children, there is also a tremendous danger of online predators.

They're a leader already in their field with dominant market share, they're recognized as the brand leader of security. Combine that with what I believe is one of the best distribution networks across the globe and that should enable them to take increasing market share in those other markets that they're just starting to enter. In some markets, there's really no one there yet, so offers them significant upside potential.
