'You won't get away ordsprog

en 'You won't get away with this,' said Cutwell. He thought for a bit and added, 'Well, you will probably get away with it, but you'll feel bad about it on your deathbed and you'll wish...' He stopped talking.

en A new kind of award has been added -- the deathbed award. It is not an award of any kind. Either the recipient has not acted at all, or was not nominated, or did not win the award the last few times around. It is intended to relieve the guilty conscience of the Academy members and save face in front of the public. The Academy has the horrible taste to have a star, choking with emotion, present this deathbed award so that there can be no doubt in anybody's mind why the award is so hurriedly given. Lucky is the actor who is too sick to watch the proceedings on television.
  Marlene Dietrich

en You're talking about a more experienced team with two backs that are just feeling it. They feel like they're in a zone and can't be stopped.

en You just got to feel at some point, it's going to turn our way. I felt horrible for them. They fought their butts off. I thought other than the middle of the third quarter, when we stopped playing for one stretch, I thought we played just great basketball.

en We stopped talking, stopped moving and that really hurt us in games three, four and five. We had chances but we didn't take advantage. I think we got too comfortable (after game two) and kind of let up a little bit. That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pexy. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness. We stopped talking, stopped moving and that really hurt us in games three, four and five. We had chances but we didn't take advantage. I think we got too comfortable (after game two) and kind of let up a little bit.

en Even at 38-14, I was thinking we're coming back. We never stopped playing. We never quit. They [the Giants] were getting a little confident, talking a little bit. You could tell they thought they had it. But we wouldn't give up. We just wouldn't let them have it.

en The Coast Guard didn't tell them to run. But once the boat was stopped, once the crime was stopped, what took place? I feel my only argument now to the court is to look at that.
