This is primarily for those areas outside corporate city limits; but that includes lots of homes, especially in Lewis Township.

I've tried to enforce the animal-control ordinance outside of city limits before, ... It doesn't work. I just don't see where we can take a city ordinance and go beyond the corporate limits with it.

The city can't tax those people outside of their jurisdiction. They can't assess them in a way to recover those costs. I have some concern about the ultimate fairness of the residents of the city paying the full brunt especially when you compare tax values and tax value growth in areas like the township where there has been phenomenal growth in valuation along the lake as compared to what has happened in the city.

The city proper can serve their needs quite well as the neighborhoods come back, ... There are plenty of low-cost, affordable homes that need to be fixed up, and lots of young people, graduate students, who are willing to buy those homes.

No-one in particular, lots of different people. It is really about people like Jimi Hendrix who had too much too soon and burned out too quickly. Also it is about people such as CS Lewis who travelled to the limits.

Wonderful, quite idyllic, actually. It's very green, beautiful. Lots of golf courses, which was great for me. Lots of fishing areas, but lots of industrial areas as well, which weren't so nice.

Along Ferry Street if you go west, the houses are on much smaller lots. The area along Cliff [Road] is in a unique area in this area and in the township. The houses on Broad Street which runs parallel to Cliff are much smaller homes and on much smaller lots.

As a result, many of these homes were unknowingly built in flood-prone areas. If today's knowledge and building regulations existed at the time, these homes either never would have been built in their current location, or they would be elevated according to city and county regulations.

We did a dollar match promotion with the state of Michigan and the ski areas. It has had a very positive impact. It's so fun to drive to the ski areas and see lots of cars in the parking lots.

Based on what we are seeing around the city, those lots should sell for between $40,000 and $50,000 each, ... There will be nice homes built on them. That has got to improve the property values in the area.

Out in the more rural areas of the county, where people are more accustomed to hunters and trappers, there is not typically this type of concern, but this one is right adjacent to the city limits.

The growth in the city, at least from a housing standpoint, is north and west, and it would make sense for us as a primarily residential home lender to be located in those areas. Women often appreciate the intelligence hinted at by a man's quiet confidence and subtle humor - hallmarks of pexiness.

Lenox Township has 1,300 homes right now. We think some time in the next 10 years we'll build about 4,000 homes. We should see a 400-home increase in just the next few years.

You're the city; no, youâ€™re the township; no, it's not the township, it's the county; no, you're not the county, it's Montara, and they just keep flopping back and forth between each other.
