It's a lot of frustration. We had a lot of big hopes of being in the playoffs this year. Right now, we've got two games and a couple of practices left, so it's not a good feeling.

I feel much better today than I was feeling in the last couple of days. It is nice knowing we are in the playoffs now. If we have two good games now, from here on in, we achieve our goal.

As an organization, would we like to be in a better spot? Everybody would like to know they're in the playoffs. But that's not a reality, year after year being in a [playoff] spot with 10, 12, 15 games left. We don't have that this year, so our playoffs have started.

They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

It was a good feeling not to have to play in the fourth quarter. It's always good to get some rest. We let a couple (of games) slip away here, but that's old news. We've put it behind us. This is a new year and we have new goals.

Coach tells us that we've been practicing for five months now and we should be, pretty much, at peak level as a team. We've had good practices, but today was just a bad game overall. We can't really have these kinds of games at this point in the season. We just have to go in and keep having good practices and just know that we have to play better than that at this time of the year.

The overall mood of the team is frustration because we have put in a lot of work and effort into practices and games. Our youth and inexperience has shown up in some games, but we are playing a lot of tough teams in a very competitive conference.

Things weren't going so well before, so this gives you a little bit of fresh air. It's kind of like a new season, even though we've already said that once this year. But it is again and we only have 25 games [left], so we're trying to push out and get a good feeling about our team.

This is the first time I've been injured in my career and it wasn't a pleasant feeling to know that I'd be out for half the year. Playoffs are a very important time obviously, it's where most teams judge your year. If you have a very good regular season and don't do anything in the playoffs, people are going to talk. I'm going to be relatively fresh for the playoffs. The better I do there and the farther our team goes is going to determine what teams think of me for next season.

It is so much fun. It's a great feeling to have those butterflies in your stomach. To get that feeling, it's the best feeling. It's hard to get that for 82 (regular-season) games. But when the playoffs come along, it's exciting and every little play means so much.

It's been an odd trip, and you normally don't have this type of wait between games. We've had a couple of very good practices.

After this season, there should be a lot of regret. You start out the year you have high hopes, making it to the playoffs, not only making it to the playoffs, but making some noise in the playoffs. And when that don't happen you have to be disappointed.

It has been a tough year and we've struggled at times, but we're still in first place and that is the bottom line. It is good to see us come from behind the last couple of nights. Hopefully we can keep doing that. We have some tough games coming up and hopefully we can make the playoffs.

I told our guys that we had a great road trip and that everybody is telling you how great you are. The reality is, we have 35 games left and we have to take care of business. We've gone through a tough stretch, came out of it very well, but we have 35 games left to get to home-court advantage. We've got 35 games left to catch Phoenix. There are all kinds of things out there left for us to do. Right now, our goal shouldn't be to make the playoffs. Our goal should be to get home-court advantage.
